We are an award winning and a well-established Golf Club and Spa Resort with full dining, recreation and hotel facilities in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China. We invite employment for the following position:
Spa Manager (Stationed in Changan, Dongguan)

* Degree/Diploma holder, preferably in Spa Management or related disciplines with professional certification (e.g. ITEC, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, IFA)
* At least 5 years relevant experiences, with 2 years solid experiences at supervisor level preferably in prestige hotels or clubs
* Must have full knowledge of Spa treatment details, service oriented, and possess strong management and marketing skills
* Proficient in MS Office application including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
* Immediate available is preferred

Job Duties:

1. To conduct Spa Therapist recruitment from South East Asia and Mainland China, selection and appraisal;
2. To motivate good working spirit in the environment of the Spa;
3. To prepare yearly business and action plan;
4. To monitor the cost control and budgeting of the Spa;
5. To conduct feasibility study for services improvement;
6. To handle customer complaint and evaluation for proactive action for improvement.
